The Tour Saint-Gobain is located in the historical heart of La Défense, the business district in the outskirts of Paris. Designed by the French studio Valode & Pistre, the architectural, technical and environmental project boasts a 165-meter-tall tower of 38 floors with 49,000 square meters, a business center, a 250-seat auditorium, a showroom of approximately 300 square meters and 3 restaurants. Each office floor will have access to a semi-open garden. The Tower aims to be a paragon of multi-comfort solutions and environmental quality and is designed to obtain the NF HQE (“Durable asset” passport, “excellent” level), LEED CS (“gold” level) and BREEAM (“excellent” level) environmental certifications, as well as the EFFINERGIE + energy label.
