To increase Generali Real Estate impact on the socially responsible initiative, we are performing a series of actions with a diversified set of stakeholders:

  • Tenants: establish successful long-term partnerships based on careful listening of our customers' needs and acting based on their feedback

  • Investors: provide investors with recurring and to-the-point reports aimed at timely and transparently sharing relevant information

  • Employees: promoting a culture of innovation, customer-centricity and inclusion towards the promotion of excellence and the creation of sustainable value. Target to be achieved while granting Diversity and Inclusion in a framework based on a meritocracy and achievement of goals through team work

  • Local communities: enhance wider bi-directional dialogue with local and micro communities (for example municipalities and neighborhoods) on win/win projects to re-think spaces, towns, mobility, and infrastructure use. As a matter of fact, among other initiatives, Generali Real Estate during the first wave of COVID-19 in spring 2020 made the hotel “The Square” in Milan available for healthcare personnel and quarantined people
