A New Home for Genertel at Palazzo Stock

We’re proud to celebrate the successful completion of another Generali office transformation, with the inauguration of Genertel’s new headquarters at Palazzo Stock in Trieste.

Originally built in 1929 as an industrial space and distillery, this iconic building has been reimagined by Vittorio Grassi Architects and brought back to life through a major regeneration project led by Generali Real Estate.
The result? A LEED Gold-certified workplace that reflects our deep commitment to sustainability, design excellence, technology and people-centric innovation.

The Palazzo Stock project is a testament to our capability to create high-quality, state-of-the-art workspaces for Generali employees across Europe.
Every detail - from flexible workstations and collaborative meeting rooms to quiet zones and multifunctional hubs - has been crafted to support a hybrid work model and foster creativity, comfort, and connection. Special care was taken to preserve the building’s industrial heritage, including its red brick façades and steel-framed windows.

Congratulations to Genertel on their new home in Trieste, and a heartfelt thank you to all the professionals who worked alongside us on this project.
