Palazzo Carciotti in Trieste, the historic birthplace of Generali in 1831 and its first headquarters until 1866, will once again embody the innovative spirit of the city as the new home of the AgorAi Innovation Hub!
Located in the monumental portion of Palazzo Carciotti, Agorai Innovation Hub will serve as a center for research, a meeting place, and an exchange hub for researchers, entrepreneurs, and students.
At Generali Real Estate, we are proud to manage the significant renovation and restoration project that Palazzo Carciotti will undergo. The vision of the AgorAi Innovation Hub will be brought to life through a project by the renowned architect, engineer, and urban planner Carlo Ratti. The opposite side of the building will host high-end residences, while the side of the palace facing the Canal Grande of Trieste will be an elegant setting for social interactions and promenades.
Aldo Mazzocco commented: "A project with one foot in history, two hundred years ago when Generali was founded in the heart of the Teresian borough; and one foot in the future as the home of AgorAi, the innovation hub promoted by Generali in collaboration with Google Cloud and the leading scientific institutions of Regione Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia."
We look forward to welcoming back Palazzo Carciotti as a protagonist in Trieste!
