Exciting news from Paris!
Arcom (L'Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique) has entered into a “green lease” agreement, securing approximately 7,500 sqm of office spaces over four floors in our DAUM’N building, located in 183 avenue Daumesnil, in the 12th arrondissement in Paris.
Arcom sought a more modern facility to better align with the economic and environmental objectives of the French State’s real estate policy, and the DAUM’N building was selected thanks to its outstanding sustainability certifications (BREEAM, WELL, NF HQE, Wiredscore), strategic location, comprehensive service offerings (including numerous communal workspaces), and quality of office spaces and collaboration areas. The 6/9-years lease will commence in October.
