More than a single transaction, albeit the largest office leasing deal in Milan’s hinterland in 2025 according to Dils data, this milestone underscores the successful repositioning of the wider complex. Today, it stands out as a vibrant and evolving business destination, enriched by iconic architecture such as the recently renovated Palazzo Niemeyer, extensive landscaped areas and a comprehensive range of services.
Originally rooted in Lombard rural architecture, Cascina Tregarezzo has been carefully transformed into a flexible, technology-enabled workplace, designed with a strong focus on wellbeing and sustainability, and currently pursuing LEED certification. Tecnomat’s decision to establish its new corporate offices in the building, occupying the entire 4,200 sqm asset with relocation planned for Q3 2026, reflects the growing appeal of high-quality, sustainable and well-connected work environments among leading occupiers.
