We are very proud to have worked alongside Citi, which has achieved the LEED Platinum certification ‘Interior Design and Construction: Commercial Interiors’ for their headquarters in Milan, in Piazzetta Bossi. A remarkable milestone at the top of the international U.S. Green Building Council sustainability label, which testifies a shared commitment to #sustainability and wellbeing through excellent workplace quality.
The building hosting the Citi headquarters, property of the Mascagni fund managed by GRE SGR, dates back to the 19th century and has been fully modernized. Citi has redesigned and refurbished its offices to fit the most advanced and collaborative workplace design solutions and technologies. Besides, in recognition of the high quality of the requalification project in terms of #energyefficiency and decarbonization, the building had already obtained the LEED Gold BD+C (Building Design and Construction) for Core, an even more important result for a historical asset.
