New Station, a major redevelopment project managed by Generali Real Estate in Paris Montparnasse, is the first building to achieve the CIRCOLAB V2 standard label in the design stage, thanks to its high rate of reused construction materials. It is also the first operation aligned with the EU Taxonomy in terms of circular economy.
With 968 tonnes of reused construction materials, New Station is another successful example of circular economy in construction, following Champs Elysées 100, which obtained the CIRCOLAB label as an ‘Opération Pilote’ in 2021.
