Generali Real Estate is committed to expanding its certified portfolio perimeter and has launched the BREEAM In-Use certification on its logistics assets.
In 2021, 27 assets located in France and Italy were certified, corresponding to 90% of the market value of the logistic portfolio.
Improvement plans have been developed to increase the environmental quality of the buildings along the certification cycle.
This is attested by the Piacenza Logistics Hub, one of the most important logistics hubs in northern Italy. It is located in an area of great connectivity, near two highways, four state highways, a ring road and a railway hub.
