A one of a kind requalification project, that succeeded not only in recovering a historical and artistic masterpiece, but also in bringing it up to modern use patterns and sustainability, with a social and economic purpose.

- The requalification project was designed by David Chipperfield Architects, and orchestrated by Generali Real Estate
- It is open to the public for the first time in 500 years as a place for people, culture, art and business in the heart of Venice
- The third floor hosts the Home of The Human Safety Net, Generali Group’s initiative for the community, with an interactive exhibition, an auditorium, a co-working space and a cafe
- It reached LEED Silver certification, an impressive achievement for a historic building, and operational carbon neutrality
