Standing at one of Rome's most vital junctions, on the corner of Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso, Palazzo Bonaparte is a valuable heritage of art and beauty.

Designed in 1657 by Giovanni Antonio De Rossi, the building presents an harmonious façade and characteristic corner balcony, and it is marked by a small tower offering a stunning view across the whole city.

Madame Letizia Bonaparte, Napoleon's mother, bought the palace in 1811. From then on, her habit of watching the world go by from her legendary "bussolotto", as the balcony was known back then by the people, became part of the many great and small stories this splendid Palazzo has to tell.
